Pastor Trish Decker
Trish is from Palatine, IL. She graduated from Culver-Stockton College in Canton, MO in 1992. She spent 13 years in sales and management before answering God’s call to be a pastor. Trish earned her M. Div. from the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago in 2009. After graduating, she served as an interim pastor in Tama, Malcom and Cedar Rapids, IA before coming to Gloria Dei in October 2010. Trish is married to Vince and has two adult step-sons, Torrent and Canyon. She enjoys helping others, her dogs, crossword puzzles, and cooking shows. She’s been a Yankees fan since she was 6. On being a pastor, Trish says, “I love sharing the Gospel and I love caring for God’s people. What a joy to be called to do both among the members of Gloria Dei.” |
